I am a bit concerned that the meeting with the factor may only have come about because it had been indicated in the minutes of the first meeting of the neighbourhood watch that we may think about changing factors. Now, based on the poor turnout at the meeting on 22/11 I am a bit concerned. The numbers at the meeting would not have been nearly enough to even consider changing factor, and since the factor knows that they may again become complacent.
Therefore, in agreement with Gavin in another post, can I also urge that we keep the pressure on the factor regarding pruning of shrubbery and anything else relevant to their role.
I have, yesterday, emailed Mr Dinsmore for an update on the lighting & fencing/mature bushes discussed at the meeting. I will advise the forum when I receive a reply.
